Terms & Conditions

Fee refund rules, deduction slabs and application guidelines applicable to all Spectrum Coaches courses for session 2027-2028.

General Instructions
Important guidelines every applicant must read
  • Last Date to Apply for First Refund and Last Refund is mentioned on the relevant Course Page of the Course Booklet.
  • Refund request made verbally or through phone / email / fax shall not be entertained in any case.
  • Refund Application in the prescribed format will be accepted along with the Original Fee Receipt & Spectrum Identity Card.
  • Refund will be credited to the Father / Mother / Student Bank Account through NEFT / RTGS mode only. For this you have to submit a Cancelled Cheque along with the Refund Application.
Refund rules remain the SAME even in the following cases:
  1. If a student joins class after the commencement date, or
  2. If a student does not join or attend even a single class at all, or
  3. If a student applies for refund before commencement of the class.

Note: Sunday will be calculated as a working day, because we conduct Periodic Tests / Major Tests / Open Tests and provide Computer Lab & Self Study facilities on Sundays.

Zeal, Zenith & Zest: commencement dates will be finalised within the 2nd week of April 2027. Exact refund dates will be published once the commencement date is confirmed — calculated as commencement + 13 days for the 1st Refund and commencement + 27 days for the Last Refund, consistent with these courses' refund pattern.
